Long before a bottle reaches your hands, we have been thinking about something even more important.

We believe exceptional products begin with exceptional care.
Care for the olive oil.

And most importantly, care for every customer.
We also believe the best way to show that care is through what we do.
That is why every bottle is imported exactly as it was sealed at the mill in Italy and shipped by air freight to the United States.
When a shipment arrives at our warehouse, we inspect every bottle again—even after it has already passed strict quality control in Italy.
Each bottle is then carefully stored in our climate-controlled warehouse until it begins its journey to you.
From the producer’s hands to yours, every detail matters.
Not because this is the easiest way.
Not because it is the least expensive.
But because we believe exceptional extra virgin olive oil deserves to reach you as the producer intended—fresh, authentic, and uncompromised.
From June through August, we ship orders only on Mondays and Tuesdays to help prevent packages from spending the weekend in a carrier’s warehouse.
When temperatures require it, we also use insulated packaging and ice packs to help protect the olive oil along the way.
Because caring for exceptional olive oil does not stop when it leaves Italy.
It continues until it reaches your hands.
Along the way, we discovered something equally important.
Many people are willing to invest in exceptional extra virgin olive oil, yet few have ever been shown how to store it properly, taste it thoughtfully, or enjoy it at its very best.
That is why every order includes a storage guide, a tasting guide, and a flavor wheel.
Our goal is not simply to deliver exceptional olive oil.
We also want to help you understand its character, preserve its freshness, and enjoy every drop.
For our returning customers, we often include a small surprise inside the package.
Not because we have to.
But because welcoming you back means more to us than receiving another order.
Even the outside of every package reflects the same philosophy.
Fragile labels.

None of these details change the olive oil in the bottle.

Lovevoo is still growing.
