Lovevoo Rewards Details
Lovevoo Rewards is our way of thanking customers who continue to choose Lovevoo.
Below you’ll find details on how to earn points, redeem rewards, manage your account, and understand the terms of the program.
How to Earn Points
Shop Lovevoo
Earn 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible Lovevoo purchases.
Examples:
- Spend $50 → earn 250 points
- Spend $100 → earn 500 points
- Spend $200 → earn 1,000 points
Please use the same email address associated with your Lovevoo Rewards account so your purchases and points can be connected correctly.
Points are earned only on eligible purchases as determined by the current Lovevoo Rewards program settings.
Birthday Reward
Celebrate your birthday with 500 points.
To receive birthday points for the current year, your birthday must be entered in your Lovevoo Rewards account at least 30 days in advance.
If your birthday is entered less than 30 days before your birthday, you may not be eligible for the birthday reward until the following year.
Reward Value
Our current reward is:
500 points = $5 reward
Points are not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Available reward options are shown in your Lovevoo Rewards account and may vary based on current program settings.
Minimum Purchase Requirement
Lovevoo Rewards may be applied only to orders with a minimum product subtotal of $50, before shipping and taxes.
This minimum purchase requirement applies to Rewards redemptions unless otherwise stated.
How to Redeem Points
When you have enough points:
- Sign in to your Lovevoo account.
- Open the Lovevoo Rewards panel.
- View your available rewards.
- Select the reward you would like to redeem.
- Redeem your points.
- Apply the reward to an eligible Lovevoo order that meets the minimum purchase requirement.
Once points are redeemed, the corresponding points will be deducted from your balance.
For example, if you have 800 points and redeem 500 points for a $5 reward, your remaining balance will be 300 points.
When Will My Points Appear?
Eligible purchase points are added automatically after your qualifying order is processed by our Rewards system.
Processing time may vary.
If your points do not appear after your order has been processed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to review your account.
What Happens If an Order Is Canceled, Returned, or Refunded?
Lovevoo Rewards points are intended for completed eligible purchases.
If an order is canceled, returned, refunded, disputed, or otherwise adjusted, points associated with that order may also be adjusted or removed to reflect the final eligible purchase amount.
Can Rewards Be Combined With Other Discounts?
Rewards, promotional offers, and discount codes may be subject to individual terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, some Lovevoo Rewards and promotional discounts may not be combined.
Available combinations will be reflected at checkout.
Do Points Expire?
Points do not currently expire under the standard Lovevoo Rewards program.
Lovevoo reserves the right to introduce or modify an expiration policy in the future. Any current expiration terms will be reflected on Lovevoo.com.
Can Points Be Transferred?
Points are associated with the Rewards account that earned them.
Points may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or combined between customer accounts unless expressly permitted by Lovevoo.
Existing Rewards Members
If you were previously enrolled in the Lovevoo Rewards program and believe points from your former Rewards account are missing, please contact us.
Please provide any available proof of your previous points balance, such as a screenshot, account record, email, or other documentation.
Once verified, we will be happy to restore the eligible points to your current Lovevoo Rewards account.
Previous purchases alone do not automatically qualify for retroactive points if you were not enrolled in the Rewards program at the time.
Additional Program Terms
Points and rewards are for personal use only and have no cash value.
Lovevoo reserves the right to correct points or rewards credited in error, including those resulting from technical, system, or administrative errors.
Lovevoo may suspend or close a Rewards account, cancel rewards, or adjust points in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of the program terms.
Program Updates
Serendipity Trading LLC / Lovevoo reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Lovevoo Rewards program, including its terms, earning methods, reward values, eligibility requirements, and other program features, at any time without prior notice.
The most current program terms and information will be posted on Lovevoo.com.
