Each bottle carries a unique, legally registered identification code (500 ml only), serving as a distinctive and traceable marker of origin and authenticity.
Made exclusively from Frantoio olives, often referred to as the “King of Olives,” Algoritmo represents a refined, balanced, and expressive interpretation of this iconic Italian cultivar.

Origin & Production
Algoritmo is produced from Frantoio olives, harvested within the first 15 days of October each year to preserve freshness and structure.
The olives are cold-extracted within 6 hours of harvest using mechanical methods only.
Algoritmo is never blended or refined.
Each bottle reflects precise harvest timing, varietal purity, and meticulous production standards.
Tasting Notes
Algoritmo opens with a bold green olive character, layered with aromas of olive tree leaves and a subtle sweet almond note at the opening.
On the palate, it evolves into artichoke notes, finishing with a fresh chili pepper spiciness.
The result is a well-balanced oil with character, freshness, and a clean, lively finish.
Polyphenols & Balance
Frantoio olives naturally produce olive oils with moderate to high polyphenol levels, offering antioxidant value while maintaining excellent balance.
Algoritmo delivers 455 mg/kg of naturally occurring polyphenols, making it suitable for everyday cooking and finishing, as well as long-term daily use across a wide range of dishes.
